Drawings of the summer project the dolls.

These drawings/illustrations are the summer project that I have been working with since finishing last year, I wanted to explore the mediums and the textures of the dolls further being an I was very intrigued by the exhibition itself. It also got me closer to my great grandmother who likes me she collects arrange of dolls and calls them her 'pretty family' so she started to allow me to draw some of her dolls, in total she collected 50! I then started to think what else could express my ongoing theme so that's when I started to gather images of the objects that my family owns. 

Primary photos of inspiration for my upcoming project

Each photo presented are based on an ongoing theme which I'm currently working with, towards all the projects. The dolls represent aspects that are personal and family generation which was firstly inspired by the exhibition that I displayed last year which was following up during a small summer project that I had created to express and explore my inspiration further. Then I started to move into the identity and purpose of a specific object which in this case express the person who owns them, such as what the person is interested in and what makes them who they are, such as a portrait of objects.
